The app enables remote healthcare through video calls between patients and professionals. The camera and microphone are used solely for real-time audiovisual communication during the consultation.
Data is not shared with third parties. No data is used for commercial purposes or third-party analytics.
The legal basis is the provision of the healthcare service requested by the user (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Image and voice processing is limited to performing the video call.

Audio and video communications are transmitted in real time and not stored, unless functionality or applicable law requires otherwise (users will be informed beforehand). Users can manage and delete their personal data in the app under Settings > Personal data management.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability via the "Personal data management" option in the app. They may also contact the address indicated in the contact section.
Communications are carried out over encrypted channels. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access or misuse.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or applicable regulations. The current version will be published on this page.
